• Mail orders will receive a bonus plant (our choice) for every 125,00 EUR (excluding special offers and collections) spent in one order.
• Orders are accepted only in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. Please do not forget to give your phone-, faxnumber or e-mail address with your order.
• From November to March plants are only shipped weather permitting.
• Mail orders are by prepayment or credit card only.
• After we receive your order we will send you a detailed pro-forma invoice (shipment inclusive). Credit cards will be billed around the day of shipment. Other shipments will be sent after receipt of full payment.
• We accept payment only by bank transfer or credit card issued in Euro. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA and Eurocard/MasterCard.
  Non IBAN/BIC bank transfers are subject to 15,00 EUR banking costs.
• Plants that have been spoken for will remain on hold after confirmation for a maximum of 15 days, after which period they will return to the sale.
• Delivery in Belgium and all EU countries by courier service.
  We do not ship outside the EU due to excessive administrative costs.
• Shipping costs and risks are for charge of the customer. Please check the contents of your shipment immediately upon arrival!

• Immediately with the shipping agent and - in writing - within 7 days with us.

• This pricelist supersedes all previous ones.
• Prices are in Euro (EUR) and can be subject to change at all time.

• Bij postorders geven wij een bonusplant (onze keuze) per schijf van 125,00 EUR besteed in één enkel order (dit geldt niet voor speciale aanbiedingen en collecties).
• Bestellingen worden uitsluitend aanvaard per e-mail, fax of brief. Vergeet niet uw telefoon-, faxnummer of e-mail adres op te geven wanneer u een bestelling plaatst.
• Van november tot maart versturen wij enkel wanneer het weer dit toelaat.
• Postorders worden steeds ofwel vooraf betaald ofwel per kredietkaart.
• Na ontvangst van uw bestelling sturen wij u een gedetailleerde pro forma factuur (incl. verzendingskosten). Kredietkaarten worden gedebiteerd kort voor verzending. De overige zendingen worden verstuurd na ontvangst van de volledige betaling.
• Wij aanvaarden uitsluitend betalingen per bankoverschrijving of kredietkaart in Euro. De volgende kredietkaarten worden aanvaard: VISA en Eurocard/Mastercard.
  Niet IBAN/BIC overschrijvingen worden verhoogd met 15,00 EUR bankkosten.
• Gereserveerde planten blijven na bevestiging gedurende maximum 15 dagen ter beschikking van de klant, na deze termijn gaan zij automatisch terug naar de de verkoop.
• Levering in België en alle EU-landen per koerierdienst.
  Wij versturen geen planten naar landen buiten de Europese Unie vanwege de buitensporig hoge administratiekosten.
• Verzendingskosten en - risico's vallen ten laste van de koper. Controleer a.u.b. de inhoud van uw zending onmiddellijk bij aankomst!

• Dadelijk bij aankomst bij de vervoersfirma - binnen de 7 dagen schriftelijk aan ons.

• Zijn in Euro (EUR). Verhoging van kostprijs kan ten allen tijde doorberekend worden.
• Met deze prijslijst vervallen alle voorgaande.

• Envoi par correspondence: nous ajouterons une plante bonus (notre choix) pour chaque 125,00 EUR dépensé en une seule commande (exception faite pour les offertes spéciales et les collections).
• Les commandes sont acceptées uniquement par écrit, soit par e-mail, fax ou lettre. Prière de nous communiquer votre numéro de téléphone, de fax ou votre adresse e-mail lors de votre commande.
• De novembre à mars nous n'envoyons les plantes que si le temps le permet.
• Commandes par correspondence: uniquement par prépaiement ou par carte de crédit.
• Après réception de votre commande nous vous enverrons une facture pro forma détaillée (frais d'envoi incl.). Les cartes de crédits seront débitées juste avant l'envoi. Les autres envois seront envoyés après paiement intégral de la facture.
• Nous acceptons les paiements uniquement par virement bancaire ou par carte de crédit en Euro. Nous acceptons les cartes de crédit suivantes: VISA et Eurocard/ Mastercard.
  Les virements de banques sans code IBAN/BIC seront augmentés de 15,00 EUR (frais de banque).
• Toutes les plantes réservées restent après confirmation à votre disposition pour un maximum de 15 jours, après cette période elles retournent automatiquement à la vente.
• Livraison pour la Belgique et les pays de la communauté européenne par service courrier.
  Nous ne faisons pas d’envois hors de la communauté européenne à cause des frais d’administration hors proportion.
• Frais d'envoi et risques de transport sont à la charge du client. Prière de contrôler votre colis dès son arrivée!

• Immédiatement auprès du transporteur et par écrit - dans les 7 jours - auprès de nous.

• Les prix sont en Euro (EUR) une hausse de prix peut toujours intervenir.
• Cette liste de prix annule les précédentes.
